Kiev - paradise for foodies

Kiev is a real culinary paradise. Each restaurant creates its own unique atmosphere and delicious dishes. It is а mixture of classical Ukrainian, French, German, Polish and Hungarian culinary traditions.   

Profiteroles with chicken liver pate, beets/tomato glaze, and Red pickled cabbage.  

Beef stew with mashed potatoes and herbs.

Duck pate with red caviar garnish, homemade butter.

Дальше в порядке вкусового убывания: Франция (центральная и северная. На юге слишком много туристических ресторанов, качество еды обратно пропорционально количеству туристов); Япония (99% ресторанов великолепны), но во все самые вкусные места часовые очереди); Истамбул и Марроко (необходимы местные ориентировки), Люксембург (там самое большое количество Michelin Star restaurants на душу населения. Страна то маленькая и все вкусности компактны); Tea Rooms in Durham (каждый ресторан предлагает свои деликатесы); Шанхай – Суджу; Киев – Одесса; Италия (вкусно только в маленьких семейных ресторанчиках подальше от туристических троп. Но и таких мест все меньше и меньше); Монреаль; ….
